Changing the Verbage and Appearance on the GINA Tool
Is it possible to create a custom GINA as opposed to the standard one issued? Can we also modify the page dispalys the buttons to UNLOCK, RESET PASSWORD and WINLOGON, they are skewed and I know appearance will be an issue with the higher ups.

Logging in with old password.
I've changed my password with ADSelfService Plus. I'm now able to log into ADSelfService Plus with the old password and the new one. I've clicked the refresh button under the domain settings tab, but it still allows me to log in with both.
User Change Password and password policy requirements
I am testing ADSelfService Plus and I cannot get the Change Password feature to work. I enter the "Old Password" and the "New Password" following all complexity, age and history requirements but I always get the error below. I have tested this on a new account that doesn't have a password history (except for the current password) and I still get the same error. The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Exported report does not match generated report
I am attempting to export the un-enrolled users report and no matter what format i choose, the exported report does not show all the users that the generated report shows. We are on build 4.3
Cannot save attribute selections
When I try to check or uncheck attribute selections for inclusion in Self Update and click Save, the dialog box immediately disappears and goes back to the main screen with the changes lost. Any ideas? Thanks.
Generate email reports
I need a way to generate email reports. This would include sending success and failures. I have just sent the enrollment email to users via Policy (since when I choose domain and all the OU's the pgm wante me to enter email addresses). I know of at least 1 user who did not receive the invitation. How do I find out how many others users enrollment emails failed? I really don't want to have to call over 400 users to ask if they received the enrollment invitation or not, nor do I want to resend

Running on W2K8 Core
We have been running ADSelfService Plus on W2K8 Core for over 9 months without issue. But recently the web page is taking a very long time to come up, it at all. In the past rebooting the W2K8 Core server would fix any issues, but this is not the case any more. Thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
Password recovery questions are too insecure!
Your default list of questions for password recovery are so easy to guess that it's laughable. For example, a typical user will pick the easiest questions, like "What is your date of birth" and "What is your favorite color"? Or perhaps: "What is the color of your car"? and "What is the color of your eyes?" You can't be serious..I know the color of every employees car by looking out my window, and the eye color is quite obvious. Any employee can easily find out the answers to these questions. Also,

Migrating to a new server
We are moving this app to a new server. Is there a way to copy the secret questions/answers from one server to another? The rest of the settings seem pretty straight forward.

ADSelfService does not recognize Thai language login name.
I install ADSelfService Plus 4.3 on Windows Server 2008. I can change passwords for English login names. But when I try changing passwords for Thai language (Unicode) login names, ADSelfService Plus 4.3 cannot find the account in Active Directory. No name appeared in the log file. Please help.

SelfService erasing User logon name off AD for users
Hello, I've gone through the forum and have not seen this issue mentioned but I wanted to take the time to bring it up since I think it's a critical one. We've configured ADSelfService for users to be able to update their general information with nothing pertaining to the domain such as User logon, exchange attributes, etc. It's been working great until we had a user call us that he couldn't get on our VPN. It seems whenever someone attempts to use the Reset Your Password feature their User Logon

Un-Enrolled Users Report export error
when selecting to export PDF, CSV, XLS etc in un-enrolled users report. I get an error; "ie. cannot download report.do from localhost. ie. was not able to open this internet site. the request is either unavailable or cannot be found." Export to html is the only one that works. Other reports work. although I have not tried them all... I am accessing the admin config from the server and have hidden the logon as admin screen for all users. I am also using SSL.
Change Password not working with SSO
I implemented ADSelfService last week with SSL and SSO. When internal/vpn users that get SSO try to change their password in the manage your account page, they receive an error "The specific error is Username/Password is wrong - Error Code : 8007052e". As far as I can tell; users coming in from outside, hitting the authentication screen are not affected. If I log out and sign back in manually It will work correctly.

Can't Add OU in "Locked Out Users" in Scheduler. logged on as admin, in the admin section under scheduler. I select the "Locked Out Users" in the drop-down. click on "add OU's and pick specific OU's in the picker and click ok. The OU's are not listed in the "Selected OU's". It still says "All OU".

Specifying an specific OU (other than the ROOT) for ADSSP
In our domain, we have our 'normal' users located in a tree under a specific OU (i.e. OU=Corporate Users". We have our administrative account and service accounts located elsewhere. How can I focus this ADSSP to work with only users under the "Corporate Users" OU? We would like to enable the 'on behalf' functionality, but we do not want to display the administrative accounts and service accounts!!! TMI ya know... Not letting user login when using Firefox and scheduled mail
Hi, I am trying the demo of AD self service plus. There seems to be 2 issues I can not get rid of: 1. Using IE, every thing works fine, however using FF (version 3.0.2) from same PC, it does not let user login at all. Please note I am using same PC when testing via IE and FF. Also tried from other PCs and FF does not work. 2. I can get scheduled emails to work correctly. Using the same server settings, I can send mail to a user using enrollment option, however if I schedule a mail every hour for

How can I change the URL to have an alias of something like: http://Passwordreset.domainname.com:8888 as opposed to localhost..... Hope this makes sense?
Dashboard is not functional
