Not letting user login when using Firefox and scheduled mail

I am trying the demo of AD self service plus. There seems to be 2 issues I can not get rid of:
1. Using IE, every thing works fine, however using FF (version 3.0.2) from same PC, it does not let user login at all. Please note I am using same PC when testing via IE and FF. Also tried from other PCs and FF does not work.
2. I can get scheduled emails to work correctly. Using the same server settings, I can send mail to a user using enrollment option, however if I schedule a mail every hour for soon to expire user password, I never get a mail.
