Hello everybody, I would like to implement the two factor authorization. That works so far. If a user wants to reset his password he must connect to the Webportal an log in with his domain user name. In the next step the user can choose the option how he would like to reset the password. Either by mail or via the Mobile Phone Number. Is there a way to ban this selection? I would like the user only needs to specify his domain user name and then automatically gets an SMS on the deposited Mobile Phone

I would like to be able to use the security questions to authenticate the identity of call in users however, it seems that there is no way to limit the results of the users registration questions or audit which technicians see the users questions and force re-registration updating the questions afterwards.

Overwrite ADSelfService reports instead of creating new folder for storage
Hi The way the ADSelfService scheduled reports currently work make them impossible to link to. We run a daily report on soon-to-expire passwords and it would be very useful to write them to the same location with the same filename every day. We could then have a nice simple script to copy it over to another location for use on our intranet. As it stands with a new folder for each day, and then a folder, the name of which includes the time the report was run, for each report type, linking to or copying
Universal iOS App BOTH iPhone and iPad
Please can we have a UNIVERSAL iOS app for AD Self Service, both iPhone and iPad supported in the one app. The "zoomed" iPhone app on iPad is unimpressive. ADSelfService Plus - Firewall Rule
We have a firewall between our domain controllers and the ADSelfService Plus server. Initially, we found that it was taking about 3 minutes to reset a password. Reviewing our firewall logs, we found that TCP port 464 (Kerberos Change/Set password) needed to be opened. After the firewall was updated to allow this communcation, the password reset feature began working as expected. As more organizations place firewalls within their internal environment, I expect others will see this happen.
Mail Delivery Status Invalid Email-ID
Hi, Mail Settings in Admin->Product Settings->Server Settings->Mail Settings are configured correctly. When using the Send Test Mail I can receive the test message. As an admin I can also receive "Delivery Report for Email Notifications". The problem is that once I open the attached file "Soon-To-Expire Password Users Report.html" there is Mail Delivery Status: Invalid Email-ID for all entries. Self Service My Info - Field disabled unless empty
Probably a new feature request, but we have some user details we'd like to "lock", so they can't be changed, however if the information is missing they can use AD Self Service to add it. Make Password Strength Analyzer More Intelligent/Adhere to the Password Policy
Problem: When/If I Enable Password Strength Level the user gets the false impression that there password is "Good" despite the Domain Password Policy saying otherwise. Details: Lets say I have a Password Policy of a minimal password length of 7 characters and Complexity is enabled. According to the non-editable "Good" password strength I only need 6 characters before the password strength will display "Good". Similarly with the "Too Short" setting. Password Expiry Notifications Enhancement Request

Show custom messages before identity verification
Hello, I would like to display an information page to users attempting to unlock/reset their password. I'd like to show it after they put in their username but before they're asked for security question/SMS code. This is different than the password policy, which you can already configure. I'd like a page by itself that can be configured with rich HTML to display anything I want. I'd like to include organizational policies and other IT information here that is on it's own page to make it more visible.

Enrolled Users Report feature request
Lets start with the Licensed User Report as an example.. The thing I like about the report is you can select multiple users (check box) and delete them. Enrolled Users Report only allows you to Disenroll one user at a time (no check boxes) and resets the report after each disenroll. If I sort the report by OU or any other column other than SAM account name it resets when I disenroll a user. Even the number of items to display on the page resets. Can we please update this report to allow multiple
