Right now when you're configuring the Password Expiry Notifications, you can set it to Notify Enrolled Users only. What I'd like to see is this option, as well as an option to Notify Non-Enrolled Users only.

 

With that option, I could configure 2 schedulers - 1 to notify enrolled users of their upcoming expiration, and a second scheduler to notify non-enrolled users that they need to enroll, and their upcoming expiration.

 

This level of scrutiny allows me to configure my notifications as much as possible to drive my user-base to enroll and use the tool. Without that ability, it is much harder to drive the use and adoption of the tool.
