I would like to request from development team, if possible, to add ID Verification Type Column under User Attempts Audit Report page so that if users are enrolled by multiple authentication type, administrators can keep track and also troubleshoot the issues based on the method that is used by the user. 

currently, ID Verification Type Column is under Identity Verification Failures page.
