Performance improvements to ADSelfService Plus

If you use any of the following browsers with performance add-ons, you will get some useful performance optimisations that can be made to the ADSelfService Plus code / setup.

Using Firefox with Firebug, Google Pagespeed Insights or Yahoo YSlow

Using Google Chrome with Google Pagespeed Insights or Yahoo YSlow

It will make some of the following recommendations:

Minify JavaScript, Optimise images, Minify HTML, Minify CSS, Specify image dimensions, Leverage browser caching, Defer parsing of JavaScript, Specify a Vary: Accept-Encoding header

By making these changes to the code and Tomcat config, the site will run even faster, and will be capable of handling a greater number of requests.
