Hi Unable to start ADManager Plus, we get the following error. This is on a clean install to Windows Server 2016 ../pgsql\bin\pg_ctl.exe file does not exist or is being used by some other program.

After the Upgrade to Build Number:7123 of AD Manager Plus, when users go to Helpdesk Reset Password Console, the page returns nothing, it is empty. everything else seem to function ok.
"Move Remote Home Folders" moves the folder without any data
Using the "Move Remote Home Folders" feature has a scary glitch. I tested it on multiple test users, and it only move the top level folder to the new UNC path, and none of the data in the folder. I manually moved some folders to make sure it wasn't some strange server policy that was stripping the files from the folder. Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

OK, so I'm trying to get SMTP over TLS working under Server Settings > Email Server > Advanced. The ManageEngine AdManager Plus service started and then stopped
I cannot get my ADManger Plus service to run. After a server reboot it will stay running a few minutes and then stop. It cannot get it to start again. Other Manage Engine services are running with the service account with no problems. I see nothing helpful in the event log. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi After update ADManager to last version 7.0.1 Build 7010 I found that the checkbox "AD Reports" (in "AD Delegation" / "Help Desk Roles") is unchecked for all helpdesk roles, but all reports sub-item checkboxes remain checked as they were. If I enable checkbox "AD Reports" for helpdesk role, my settings is resetting and all reports sub-item checkboxes becomes checked.
ADManager API SearchUser criteria
Hi. It looks like Search user API can search only by SamAccountName field. Whatever i write in searchText parameter but login the response is empty. For example, next request should find user with email user@domain.com but it doesn't. And with &searchText=user it finds a user. Is it a bug or a feature? Strange Issue
Hi, We have a strange issue whereby when you review a user and click their Account Tab the password appears with the password ************* but the retype password blank. This means you can't proceed without either exiting (It errors if you click away) or changing their password ! I've not not had to amend users but all we have done recently is deploy a fresh install on a new server.....there are no other problems. Any ideas ? A

API Create User "You are not authorized"
When attempting to POST using the create user api for ADManager Plus, I am getting an error message stating "You do not have the authorization to modify the following attributes: employeeID, mailNickname, name". Is this an issue with roles in the ADManager Plus tool for the user or with Active Directory roles itself that the user might be missing to preform this action? The user is setup with the technician role within the ADManager tool already.

built in admin logs on by default - allowing anyone to logon with full admin rights
It appears as though the built in admin username and password are cached somehow such that they are the default value for all users - who are able to login with now full admin rights even though they don't actually know the password! We didn't realize this previously as we only had a single user license being used by one person, but we have now purchased additional licenses and are rolling it out - and found that all users could log on as admin and it was the default. Java Process is using about 4GB of RAM, 65% of CPU and crashing within minutes.
I have ADmanager Plus installed and the Java process keeps on crashi ng the server. ADManager support has been "looking" into the issue for about 2 weeks with no solution. Problem with apostrophes in user names?
Just checking if this is a known issue or something odd with our set up. We have found in AD Manager Plus that we are unable to open the properties for any users who have an apostrophe in their surname (eg o'brien). Bulk Importing Mail Contacts using CSV import
I am trying to import multiple contacts using the Create Bulk Contacts and importing a CSV file. I set my CSV file up based on the sample. Everything imports successfully, but when I look at the contacts in the Exchange Admin Center, their email address does not show up. They also do not show up in the Global Address List.

AD Manager Plus Application stops when loging out from server.
I have been running AD Manager Plus for 30 days without any issues on a Windows 2012 R2 server, but now suddenly when activated a license the AD Manager Plus application stops working as soon as I logout from the server. So I have to logon to the server again and start the AD Manager Plus application again. As long as my account is logged on to the server everything is working as it should, but as soon as I log off again the AD Manager application stops again. I can't find anything in the Event viewer

Reports in Office 365
When I run a report of a user in ADManager under AD Reports - Office 365 called Unlicensed Users - this reports shows me all the unlicensed users as well as any shared mailboxes. I'm assuming this is because shared mailboxes do not consume a license. At first I thought this was just a typo - and it should be unlicensed mailboxes, however this is not the case since unlicensed users do not have a mailbox, but shared mailboxes do actually contain mail data and/or mailboxes (however they do not have
Bulk User Creation is poor at detecting empty rows or columns
I have HR users who submit CSV files for bulk user creation. More than 50% of the time, ADManager gives a verification error on a row or column that is blank. Also, the csv sometimes will not even upload because it claims "Empty Header Data" on a column that is blank. I think ADManager should be better at detecting blank rows and columns and automatically excluding them. Thanks, Daniel L.
