Issue locating managers when creating new user

Issue locating managers when creating new user

Hello, we recently upgraded to the latest version of AD Manager (version 7111) and ever since when we go to create a new user and under the contact tab when trying to locate a manager, the box is blank and even when you search for a manager it remains blank. I attached screenshots of what we've been seeing but we've tried multiple browsers and restarted the service but continue to have the same problem. Just checking to see if anyone else has ran into the same thing since upgrading and if they have found a resolution to this.
