We had something weird happen recently.  One of the domains we manage had ldaps turned off in the Admin tab under General Settings | Connection.  Only one. the other four remained with ldaps turned on.  Since this change can only be made by an admin who has the keystore password, i want to know if there is a log file that would have recorded this settings change.  When it occurred, and who made it.
