We are monitoring a WLC 5508 CISCO and do not understand the meaning of the parameter: Associated mobile stations SumOf Instance Value Number What does mean this Number? and how this value is related to connected AP´s? Layer2 Maps, non cisco hardware
Hello! I have downloaded a free trial topomapper plus for research capabilities to build layer2 maps. Well, the problem is that it does not work for me ;( I have router - Ubiquiti EdgeRouter Lite and switch - extreme summit 400. On all devices I have enabled snmpv2, and lldp on router, but there is no switch visible on the map. And there are two links for the router on the map. Please advice. Thank you in advance.
How to Configure URL Monitor Notifications
Hello-- We just started using the URL monitor for our public websites. I added an existing notification profile that we use for other device monitoring, but when one of our URLs was unreachable, no notification email was sent. There don't seem to be any thresholds that can be set for the URL monitor, but when the site was showing as unreachable, you would think a notification would be sent. Ideas? Thanks, Stephen
Reset to nothing in OpManager
I have taken on a new position for a company and the previous installer of OpManager is out of date and LOTS of servers are no longer there and firewalls have been changed etc... OpManager hasn't been updated in almost 2 years. QUESTION: Instead of going through each server, port, firewall, etc.. and changing stuff - Is there a way to delete EVERYTHING and start from fresh!? Business View Maps in API Client
Anyone else find that the Business View Maps in the API client are horrible? None of my lines representing a connection line up to the devices. OpManager also automatically turns curved lines into s-curve lines, and does not allow you to manipulate them. Am I stuck having to flip between the Old UI and the API Client when I want to view any business views?

problem opManager interface counters
hi, we have have problems monitoring the interfaces with opmanager in 5 Cisco ASA's 2 x ASA 5510 IOS 8.4.6 3 x ASA 5580 IOS 8.4.4-1 we can monitor the CPU, Memory, Sessions Count with right SNMP v3 credentials, but in the inferfaces tab, we only see the interfaces but any information related to them (buffer errors, traffic statitiscs, etc...) I think all configuration of snmp is ok, and if I go to the MiB Browser I can obtain the values with the IF-MIB, anyone has any idea of what can we
URL Monitors in a Business View
Howdy I'd find it really handy to have the ability to add a URL Monitor in to a Business View. In our case we have BV's per customer and rather than showing them the status of the shared customer web server, I'd like to only show them the status and stats of their own URL. Wont install on Oracle7/CentOS - PGSQL issue?
We currently have v11300 Essential edition running without issue on Suse Enterprise 11 SP3. I need to have this installed on Oracle 7 as we are migrating away from Suse. The latest version downloadble installs and runs fine, except it no longer supports ESXi, only vCenter which we do not use.We have OpManager to monitor 3 ESXi servers, so upgrading to the new version is a non-issue right now So far I have not been able get OpManager install successfully on either Oracle 7 or CentOS 7. Report for Unmanaged Devices
I'd like to have a schedule report that goes out everyday that lists all the Un-managed Devices in a device type. We have 300 small branch offices that we monitor a CradlePoint router at. We monitor via SNMP the inside interface so that we know when the VPN is down. If a branch is being moved, down for upgrade or repairs our field team puts a ticket in to un-manage the device. I know these techs and they will just let a site remain unmanaged if that means they would get alerts and tickets. I need
CPU1 Percentage always 100%
Hi. i have a problem whit CPU percentage monitor on WMI monitor. The problem is that CPU1 percentage is alwais at 100% even if is not working. OPMANAGER NOT DETECTING WINDOWS 2012 Core Properly
Hello, We are running Opmanager 11 and we are facing the following issues: SNMP , WMI are enabled on the Hyper-V HOST we have Windows 2012 Core that is not showing vms . The host is detected but vm are showing 0. Deleted it rediscovered it but same result. Also I noticed that If I add a hyper-V host using only WMI it detected many duplicated VMs? Mail server settings - TLS
Hello all, we're having an issue in configuring mail server settings using TLS. We want to use authenticated smtp server from office 365. The account is correct, below you can find my configuration: - server name: pod51014.outlook.com - port: 587 SSL ENABLED We're not allowed to use port 465 so I'm not able to test it. When I click on "Test Mail", I receive the error "Unable to connect to the mail server. Please check if the mail service is running on the specified port". How can I fix this? Thanks

failed Logins
We did some cleanup and added several devices to our OpManager last week. This triggered alot of error messages from ADAudit over the weekend (>700) as we monitor failed administrator logins. Alert Message: Login failure for User 'Administrator' in 'netmon01.westcanbulk.local'. Reason: 'Bad password'. Severity: Attention We did not add any new credentials so it would not be a bad password, but more likely a device is checked off to use a credential it can't accept. How do we trace this in OpManager

OpManager installation on Ubuntu 14.04 Server 64-bit
I have installed Ubuntu 14.04 from ISO image ubuntu-14.04.3-server-amd64.iso and performed apt-get install build-essential and linux-headers. After that I have performed a console installation of ManageEngine_OpManager_64bit.bin --console but after restart, it does not start and no one entry service is created on /etc/init.d. Hi, I am facing the issue, where the SNMP query is not working properly for the below scenario, OpManager --> ASA FirePower --> 2911 Router The device is adding but only i can see the availability and response time. But i am not able to see the other status. For the above scenario both the source and destination is allowed for Full Access in the ASA FirePower. What could be the issue? Anyone please advise. Web Service Down false alarm and non-functioning dials
I have a VM that is properly running DesktopCentral but OpManager insists its web service is down, when it isn't. Also, I have CPU, Memory and Network performance monitors working and collecting data, but the dials are all blank. Any suggestions?

I am trying to install Fortinet MIBs that I downloaded from the Fortinet website. The mib file is FORTINET-300-MIB.20071127.mib. It is included as an attachment. I went to the MIB browser in the opmanager and uploaded the file. Custom Report option
Hi Folks, I would like to build or modify a report that includes a select few servers that would report on a specific monitor. For instance, I want to have a report on server XYZ that shows the partition details of this single device that contains many partitions. I see where I can include 'all devices', but would like to create server specific reports. I am able to build this report in Report Builder (beta), though I am unable to 'save' this report.
