Reset to nothing in OpManager

Reset to nothing in OpManager

I have taken on a new position for a company and the previous installer of OpManager is out of date and LOTS of servers are no longer there and firewalls have been changed etc... OpManager hasn't been updated in almost 2 years. 

QUESTION: Instead of going through each server, port, firewall, etc.. and changing stuff - Is there a way to delete EVERYTHING and start from fresh!?
