Hello, Can you tell me how frequently is Opmanager ver 12200 doing icmp polls to network device and how many icmp checks is done in each poll ? How are calculated reports/statistics of Devices by Response time ? min,max,avg of what checks ? How Opmanager gets the value "Response Time" in the monitoring device screen ? Is it via snmp ? if yes which OID ? thanks in advance

When a schedule maintenance finish, some devices don't change to clear state. Well, the queries are: delete from ElementsOnMaintenance; delete from MaintenanceStart; What are this queries? SSH drop out of nowhere
Good day I received notification from our info security team that there was an attempted SSH drop from one of our OpManager probe servers to an external IP address. It hasn't happened since which is a cause for alarm (if it happened more than once, we would imagine it was a scheduled job or something). Can you please advise what could be initiating this connection, i.e. what feature I need to look at in OpManager that could send these SSH drops? Thanks in advance. Regards, Mat
Dashboards in version 12.1
We have recently upgraded to 12.1 and I am trying to replicate the Dashboards and CCTV views I had in the older version. How do I resize and position the widgets in the new version? I can't seem to get the layout I need as the widgets just put themselves where they want and I am unable to re-size and move them. Also the Google map widget is very small and i need to be able to re-size that so that I can get all our remote sites on the map.

Custom Monitor graph to Dashboard
Hi all, I wonder is it possible to add custom monitor graph to dashboard. Tried to do that through Inventory -> Tick the server -> Generate Reports, however I cannot see the custom monitor in the list. OpManager 11.6 Can't discovery ESXI HOST
HI, all Vcenter cannot discovery VMware ESXi server in Opmanager 11.6 , I've added vCenter for monitoring via VMware protocol ,But all virtual machines is discovery successfully . OpManager 12 Process Monitors
Is there a way for me to create a template that will add all running processes into the process monitor? We have been tasked with adding all desktops into OpManager and the main thing everyone wants to see is all the running processes and the resources they are using. I know I can add a desktop...go to process monitors...click associate...and select all. Is there a way to make this a template where all running processes are automatically added?
OpManager Probes Polls Per Second
Is there an optimum or best practice for the polls per second/load that is put on a probe before we add another probe into the environment? Is there a specific number we should aim for or not go over.

Mount Poing OPM
Hello all, Is there any possibility of monitoring the mount points through OP? I see that with the AP plugin I can monitor them, but is there any way to link it to the OP so that through it can show them? I have also seen that adding the WMI object can be monitored, but I can not find where the query can be made to add a custom monitor, I only have the option to add predefined monitors. IP address manager - Change IP address status manually (reserved)
Dear Experts, I would like to ask you in connection with the problem as you can see in my subject. I use a couple of IP addresses as NAT-ed IP address. These addresses are NAT-ed in my firewall, so they look like Unused addreses from my IPAM point of view. I would like to mark these addresses in IPAM as "Reserved IP addres" manually. There was a feature in earlier version of IPAM, but I can not see the possibility in the actual version (12.00) Do you have any idea about it? Thanks: Attila Odrobina
Unmanage interfaces is not working anymore
Hi, I used to unmanage interfaces before and it worked. Currently I have 2958 interfaces in unmanaged state. I need to add ~1500 to these. However, when I mark the interfaces I want to unmanage and click "unmanage" - nothing changes. I have a nice note on the top: "Interface unmanaged successfully" but there's no result. There are any possibilities to control the result of this script and, if for example, the result is 1, apply the threshold template X, and if the result is 0, apply the threshold template Y? Hello Everyone I can not integrate Opmanager 11600 with Servicedesk Plus 9204 No Firewall is setup Username and password is valid .I can not in as local auth to SD I have also tried domain auth but it also do not work technical key is generated in SD on account administrator During configuration I am getting error Servicedesk is not running I can open servicedesk web page port 80 from opmanager server No sure what can be wrong Can anyone help me with this issue Thanks
Op Manager monitoring issue.
Op manager has identified a vm that is reporting down. but its up. i have firewall rules to allow Op manager to vm. Op manager does not issue a alert reporting it down but it does show it down on its webpage. also it lists trouble on both network interfaces below. does any one know what this means and a possible resolution to it? this just started happening recently and previously never had this issue.

Couple Feature Questions for Version 12200 - Capacity Planning/CSV's/Dynamic Disks
Good afternoon, i have a couple questions that i would like some assistance with, 1. Is there any feature/addon or report that shows Capacity Planning within Op Manager Version 12200? 2. Is there a Hyper-V report/dashboard that shows Dynamic Disks and how much space they have allocated, currently using, and max size? 3. We have a four node cluster using CSV's and wanted to know if there was a way to monitor the CSV size and alert accordingly. I see a script for version 11200 but not for version 12200?
IPAM query - reserving of IPs
Good day In OpMan v12 I have IPAM setup and want to reserve IP addresses for a load balancer config. There used to be an option to change the availablity status of an IP in the previous version of IPAM - is there none in the updated version? File monitor and notifications
Hello, I have setup a file monitoring template, and have associated it with a couple of devices. But I can't figure out how to associate it with a notification profile. File monitor is not listed in the criteria for profiles. In my testing the alarm is triggered as expected when I remove the file. But how do I configure notifications when the alarm is triggered? Unable to "Add VMware" due to duplicate UUID error during discovery.
OK, this seems to be a challenge for everyone. I would like to use the "Add VMware" feature with OpManager but am running into problems.
