Cannot apply new license after old one expired

Hi, thanks for reading!

We had an OpManager v11 deployment, and we upgrade it to 12.2. A few days after that the license expired and the services stoped working.

I tried to start the services and apply the new license by runing "\bin\run.bat", but when the script ask me for the license i get this "Invalid License" error:



The license file specify the following OpManager info:

  <Product Category="OEM" Name="AdventNet ManageEngine OpManager" Type="Essential" Version="9"/>

Is there something wrong with the version?
