SPM Issue

We have an issue with Switch Port Mapper, it does not show some information like Connected MAC, IP Address, DNS Name, Device Type. But, it shows only Interface name, Port no, Port status, Vlan Id, Vlan name, interface speed.

Currently we are running OpUtils Build# 12200.
We are using Cisco switches with SNMPv3 configured with auth and priv.
The last switch that we added is Cisco Catalyst 3560 with IOS , 15.2(2)E4.
