How to set a default template for a help desk technician
This article will list the steps to set a default template for a help desk technician.
- Log in to ADManager Plus and navigate to the Delegation tab.
- In the left pane, click Help Desk Technicians.
- Click the edit icon in the Actions column against the technician for whom you would like to set the default template.
- In the Assign templates field, select the desired template in the pop-up that appears.
- Click on the default icon near the template option.
- Click Save Changes.
