Framework Upgrade Information

•  Lodash upgraded to 4.17.20
  
•  Jquery upgraded to 3.5.1.
  

• An OAuth-based authentication protocol is now used to integrate ServiceDesk Plus with Zoho Analytics. To learn more, click here.
  

Note: Existing users will be required to re-configure their Zoho Analytics integration using OAuth. Otherwise, their data will not be synced as configured.

• Australia and China data centers are now supported while integrating ServiceDesk Plus with Zoho Analytics.
