Generate report for only business hours
Hi, I need a availability report (Percentage) which should show only defined Business hours. However i can't find any drag down option to selct the business hours report on the report page. So, i would like to know is there a way to associate this on the report? or it can be generated in different simple ways? I'm using Apps Manager11. We are currently running a scheduled query report that e-mails the results in xls format. We would like to be able to specify formating options for the xls file such as column width. Is there any way of specify a template file? Or are there formating commands for the export to xls?

I am looking for a way to report on tickets that are created by my call center, then passed to the trainers. After the trainers look at it, they pass it to the analysts. The trainers do not edit anything besides the group it is assigned to. We are trying to see how many of these tickets are passed through this way. Is there a way to make a report that would do this?

Software By manufacturer report (By site or department) ??
I am gathering inventory details (hardware and software across a number of sites on my WAN. Using the report 'Computers by Domain' I am able to selectively report from within my collective inventory by site or department for hardware details. 8.1.21 Technicians not populating dropdown list in reports
In the reports module, I am unable to have the Technician list populated in the Advanced Filtering section when attempting to generate a New Custom Report. The Technician drop-down list works in all of the other modules properly. I tried this from multiple computers using IE 8 and Firefox and got the same issue. Hi, is it possible to have more scheduled reports sent in one Email. At the moment i have to generate for each Report one Scheduled Report that is sent to me via Email. Something like a Dashboard or selecting which Reports should be sent via Email would be good to have. So at the moment i have 6 scheduled Reports per day and i am getting 6 Emails at the same time. One Email with all these 6 reports would be better solution. Thanks. Florian

Since SDP has our hours in the database, is there any way to create a report, either with built in reports or via a SQL query that we can see how many tickets are being closed during NON business hours? For us that would be nights after 5, all day Sat/Sun and holidays. TIA Craig
