I am trying to generate a report for a period of time that include the following fields:

Request ID

Request Type

Requester 

Dept 

Urgency 

Impact 

Priority

Category

sub-category

subject

Technician 

Group 

All notes with note editor

Work Log

However, I was able to include all fields except Notes and work logs fields. So would you help me to generate such report
