I need a Report for Change Requests with the following fields:

 

Change ID, Title, Requested by, Technician, Priority, Change Status, Vendor Technician, last 2 Notes Added

I would like it Grouped by Technician if possible.

 

I can get a report out without the Notes but come unstuck with the Notes.
