I need a availability report (Percentage) which should show only defined Business hours. However i can't find any drag down option to selct the business hours report on the report page.

So, i would like to know is there a way to associate this on the report? or it can be generated in different simple ways?

I'm using Apps Manager11. Please let me know if any more info required for better clarity.
