How to generate a report from resource of service catalog?
Hi I want to generate report by resource of service catalog that user selected?
Others cannot see scheduled reports
Over the years, as people have left, I've taken ownership of most of the custom reports that people have created for scheduled distrabution (to stop them becoming orphaned). What we have now found is that I'm the only person who can see or modify the report schedule. They can see the report and modify the report itself, but I'm the only one who can do things like change the recipiant email list. IS there some way around this? Thnaks in advance.

Weekly Scheduled reports query
Hi on trying to create a scheduled weekly report to be delivered each monday for the past week. In the box that shows every day and the days of the week should i only select the monday? As it then selects the every day button. The guide says: To generate weekly report click Weekly Report radio button. Morning, Is there a report that will show me for each vendor I have setup, their details and which contracts they are associated with, together with the contract expiry date and value ? Dear respected team, We have a query scheduled to send a daily report about installed/uninstalled software on our domain computers. In the output we see duplicate values and records for Internet Explorer that seems to be updating and not really freshly installed. Is there any way to exclude Internet explorer and other software that are only being pdated from the report? Thanks.

Hi Support, I would like to report an incident which has been reported last June 26, 2015 at 2:34 PM, but our technician just saw it in the web console on June 29, 2015 at 8:00 AM and resolved it at 8:53 AM. Custom Report to Include Workstation Description
Could anyone help me with creating a report that will include the Workstation description in the results? The custom reports don't seem to give that column as an option, and I'm not familiar enough with the custom querying to write it myself. Basically, I would only need to display the following for the Workstation assets: CI Name, Model, and Description. I added a specific description to about 10 assets, and now I realize that you can't display that field in the columns. Oops. Thanks in advance

Hey all, Having trouble building a super basic report. All i want to show is the total # of Open and On-Hold requests by date. Basically i need to show if our team is catching up or falling behind on tickets and would like to be able to use the date filter. AD import, not all users are showing up
A few days ago, i started from a fresh install (9046). All users are correctly imported from active directory (i see all the users in the system log from SDP) but in the requester list, some users are missing. I did the upgrade to the latest build ( 9100) but still the same problem. Anyone else with this problem? I already sent a mail to the manageengine support team. Regards

Hi, I´m working with the CMDB in Servicedesk Plus and have made a good working Service Category with IT-Services containing relations etc. In the CMDB I´m able to see the signs if a Service is affected by Incidents, Problems or Changes. But how do I make a Custom Report to show how many Incidents, Problems or Changes are affecting a specific IT-Service? I am not able to find Service Category in the reporting module for Problems or Changes. I would like to “Group by” Service Categories for Problems

Currently service desk is set up to send a daily ticket aging report to a specified email. The problem we have is the email is of an employee who left and that employee is the one who set it up as well. Where is this setting so I can replace his email.

Hi, I am using build 7.5.0 Build 7504 on MSSQL. I am trying to create a report for the following: I want a list of all my resources (servers, printers, switches as well as all my custom resources such as UPS and backup devices) and their expiry dates. I want the date formats to be in English "dd-mm-yyyy" format & not US format with time attached i.e. not 01-22-2009 00:00:00 (otherwise exports & sorting in Excel doesnt work). Report module not working after apply the latest patch (9.0 Build 9043)
After apply the new bundle patch "ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_9_0_0_SP-0_43_0". we are unable to run the report. When we click on report it shows bellow error. After apply the patch we have seen that one file(jasperreports-2.0.5-javaflow.jar) added on location (E:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\server\default\lib). We have stop the service & remove this file. After that start the service , now report is working. But again we have kept the file on that location and restart the service. now report is
