How can i make a report on leaves by technicians by types for given dates range?
Report for asset location change.
I am trying to find a way to run a report that can take the history of an asset, and show location changes over the last month for all assets. Something that might show like this. "Resource Name" Changed from "WKS Location 1" to "WKS Location 2" on "Date" It would also be nice if the original asset cost could be added, but that is not quite a necessity as of now. Department used by which module
We have wrongly created the department and used that department also. Now we need to delete that department. during delete this department it shows "Department is being used by a module. Hence cannot delete it." . May i know at which module this department is used.
Issue cannot access additional setup in zoho integration report SDP
dear all, I have an issue with trying the zoho integration report in my SDP, I have add account and setting and the report running with status "running" and prevents me from doing any setting. I try to restart the service and try to remove this setting of integration but I cannot access to the additional setup tab which is turned grey out. can anybody help me how to remove this integration ? thank you ! Hi. I am trying to generate a report of servers. I figured out the generation part but here is the rub, I have a bunch of virtual systems. I want the report to show which guests are associated with what host. I can see each of the guests associated with a host when I look at the servers, but for the life of me can't figure out how to make this happen. Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Hello, We want to generate a single report that includes ALL TimeSpent Records from the ChargesTable. If users are logging time, we want it to appear in our report. How to better understand technician time
Currently using version 9.0 Build 9038 Am trying to better understand how technicians are spending their time on requests. Can technicians update records with time spent on activities? Can I report on how much time is being spent on requests? Where can I find documentation on how to understand time recording? Hi, Is there any plans to tidy up and improve the layout of the Reports module in SD Plus (like you recently did for the Solutions module)? Unless I am mistaken there is no way currently of controlling the layout of the report folders - so for example every time we create a new report in each folder it is appended to the bottom. Need a way to run a report that shows time a ticket was with a specific group. My build is: 9.0 Build 9039 So they way our team works is that Tier 1 gets the initial request and then they may escalate to Tier 2, then it may go a step further and get escalated to tier 3. I would like a report that shows how long tickets were in each stage. I know it tracks it in the history of an individual ticket, but I can't seem to run a report that would show me this information in an aggregate way for all tickets.

Problems with build 9039
Hello, after installing Build 9039 some functions stop working that is critical for our workflow. This is what we have notice so far, Issues regarding entering a resolution the tech can not enter a text. issues regarding sending replies to review, stop working when using templates, The content the thec have filled in don't show in the draft. Issue with updating request, the update button don't work as before, some times a tech needs to click on it 5 times before it works, and sometimes it don't work
Service Desk Plus DB update
Hello, Looking for some MYSQL help. I have a custom field in the request template to categorise Incident, Service Requests and RFC's. A certain type of request has been categorised incorrect and I think I could amend this with a SQL update. It would be something like "update Categorisation to Service Request where Category = X and sub category = Y" Sounds like I know but I really don't! Any help with the syntax would be appreciated. User additional field - Common Additional fields not coming in report drop down
Hi, I have created 2 User Additional fields under common additional field - "Employee No. and Business Unit and the information are pulled from the Active Directory, but both are not shown in the filter drop down while generating report. But If I create the additional fields under requester and technicians separately, it is shown in the filter drop down. In Internet Explorer 10, I hovering over the subject of a ticket to preview it. currently, after updating to 9038, this does not show a properly formatted preview, but shows the formatting instead. <b> Request ID: </b> 96000 <br> <b> Category: </b> etc. etc. instead of Request ID : 96000 Category: - This is happening in Internet Explorer 10 for sure. Custom Fields in Project
It would be helpful to allow for custom fields in projects. Things like priority prioritization, or project #, etc.. could make this a useful tool. The use of Report for project has already been brought up, but seems to be a requirement to me.
