Pending Request Age by Technician & Group

Can someone help me change the current Pending Request Age by Technician and Group reports found by going to New Query Report>Frequently Asked Reports to report the following ages shown below?
 
 
0-7 Days 8-14 Days  15-30 Days 30+ Days
