Need SQL Query Report

In SQL
I need a report from Archive request and usual request together that is between 21.03.2014 and 21.03.2015 and need to filter with some groups of my technicians and subcategory and need these fields :
requester
subject
request id
time spent
category
subcategory
group
department
created time
resolved time
status
how i can do this filters for the query?
