Good *insert time of day*! I have been looking for a query report that which presents me with the requestors name and e-mail, but only for those individuals which have created tickets which have been resolved/closed at the time of running the report. Dear Colleagues, I would like to know on how to create tabular reports that has a graph, showing how many request are solved on the same day it was created. Basically our management need is to see how many we can resolved request on daily basis. I was able to create one but the problem is that there are request that was put on hold for like two days and then the technicians resolved it, making the count inaccurate. Our database is MSSQL Version 9019

Exchange 2010 Mail Settings
I am unable to setup Service Desk Plus with an email on exchange 2010 everytime i try to edit the settings i get this. FAILURE :Email Settings saved successfully. But error occurred while trying to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox. I was told by a support rep. that manage engine doesn't support exchange 2010, and had no estimated date that they would support 2010. Surely there is some way to make it work... please any help would be appreciated.
Time spent by Tech report - seems incorrect
I have ran a custom 'Tech time spent' report, but it assigns time to another technician's total time spent when time is spent on that technicians ticket by a different technician?? e.g. John Smith works on Joe Bloggs ticket and Joe Bloggs has that time added to his total time spent, when this should really go against John Smith's time spent total. Can this be fixed please?

Time Spent Report - Grouped by Request ID
Some of our tickets have dozens of worklog entries. I need to create a report that allows for grouping/summing total time per Request ID by technician. I don't really need the individual time entries from the worklog. I then need to compare that to the "Estimated Development Time" field we use. Note: I DO NOT have ME SysAdmin rights - I am just a power end-user. Also - is there an easier way for techs to enter time other than to go to Actions - Add Work Log Entry?

Custom graph to show number of NOT closed or resolved requests in a technician over a week
Hello, I would like to create a line graph report that shows the number of requests that are not closed or resolved, for a range of technicians, broken down each day for a week. i.e; Three technicians, A, B and C Monday: A: 5 B: 2 C: 7 Tuesday: A: 3 B: 4 C: 9 Wednesday: A:0 B: 9 C: 2 etc I would like this to be displayed in a line graph, but I can't seem to work out how to correctly create this. Is this possible, or must I export the data into another application to create this? Thanks, -Ewan

Hi, Every time a client replies to any email sent by manageengine, the reply opens a new ticket, instead of getting into the conversation of the already existing ticket. We are in Mexico, so every time someone replies to any email, the subject changes and starts with a "RE : ". How can i configure manageengine to recognize a mail being replied and get the information into the existing ticket??? BR

Hi, I have some questions about data migration between ServiceDesk Plus MSP and ServiceDesk Plus. Is there any way to migrate work task associated with a request? My servicedesk plus msp license expires in December and I saw that the ServiceDesk plus is more suited to the needs of the company but we don't want to lose the information requests that are already created. My DB is MsSql ServiceDesk plus MSP 8.3 builder 3909 ServiceDesk plus 9.1 builder 9108 Thank you!
Report Fields Available for Columns - BUT NOT for Grouping!
Why are there fields available to put on a report that don't show up in the Group By list. I've logged support requests and have never received an answer?
