We currently have two levels of ticket closure in our service desk, a ticket is first put in the resolved state by the technician, and then it is closed by the user, if a ticket has been resolved by a technician but is not closed by the user, the system will automatically close it after a specified period.
i need help generating a report that shows all the tickets closed by users and all the tickets closed automatically by the system.
can anyone help me with this query?
