Assingment report
Hello! We want to make a scpecial report for us. Our technicians are often reassign requests to each other. And we want to look requests, where technicians did reassign requests, who gave to whom.
Report about reassign of reports. Something like...
*id request*, *requestername*, *createdate*, *assingment technican*, *2nd assigment techincan and date of assign*, *3rd assigment techincan and date of assign*, *closing date*.
How we can do that?
