Please help me with what would seem to be a simple report.......

I need a report that tells me the average time it took to resolve tickets during a certain time frame.

 It should not include the time a ticket is on "hold" or "waiting on requester". It should also not include non-working hours.

 I would like the average time to be outputted by Group

Please please help me.
