Search not working properly
We're currently on 9.2.9225 and since a couple of versions back (sorry, I don't which one that caused it..) the Search function isn't working as before. I can no longer search for a subset of a subject, nor use wildcards (tried both with * and %) in it. The only thing that will match is if I use the full word, in this case "testcase". Did this change along the way, or is the search function somewhat broken? I've tried using the reIndexData.sh for request and restarting SDP, but no change. See attached

Cannot update asset details
Hi, When I'm trying to edit an asset in order to change it's details I get the error message "FAILURE: Exception while trying to update asset details". This happens for every field I'm trying to change & at this moment it applies only to one specific asset. I suppose that if I delete it and re-create it the problem will be solved, but I think that there will still be a similar bug there. BR, MaryP

Dears, We're not yet live with SDP and we need to test email functionality without risking sending emails for people outside the testing group. We already synchronized all users with AD, therefore field e-mail is filled in. Is there a way to do an query to list the Computer Name, Remote office and each instance of Deployment failed that is unresolved in DC for each PC that has the Deployment Failed result? We have 215 out of 1580 PCs that are reporting Deployment failed. Of these, 165 have checked in during Sept and Oct 2016. User cancelled installation - deployment error
Hi, I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me. I’m trying to push down some software via Desktop Central onto a laptop but no matter what combination I try it keeps failing with "User cancelled the installation" I have tried pushing this via a computer target and also via a user target with using admin credentials and still this fails. No pop ups appear on the screen, I have run the software via CMD on the machine and this works with no issues. Yet via desktop central this doesn’t work using

Hello, I have a question you may be able to help me with.. Symptom: When Survey Settings for the email content have only the $SurveyLink in it, the link appears in the email and works fine. It is the full link. Lately I have had huge troubles with post-deployment activities. I.E. I install Firefox: In the Post-Deployment I need a batch file to be executed with following content: xcopy "\\my-share\DCSWRepository\Firefox\Tools-Configs\Proxy\local-settings.js" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\pref\" /C /H /Y /Z This command is not executed/the file is not copied to the client machine. When I open a CMD as administrator and then run the batchfile, there is no problem, the files are copied immediately!

Dears, We're setting up our Service Catalogue and in the form we need to have the user select only the item, having the Category and Subcategory either locked or hidden. The set up is being done this way because we are replicating the Category and SubCategory to the Service Catalogue 2-Tier Structure. We tried two things without the desired results: 1) to remove Category and SubCategory from the form, but then Item was automatically removed from the form; 2) then we configured the Category and Subcategory
Application Manager plug-in license query
Good day We have an Enterprise licence for OpMan with various plug-in license as well, e.g. NFA, OpUtils and Applications Manager. At this point in time, we've only run App Manager on one of our probes, but need to have it set up on another in the near future. My question is: Do we require another plug-in license for this? Or is that all inclusive in our Enterprise license and I can install it on as many probes as I want as long as I stay within the device limit? Thanks in advance! Cheers, Mat
Rabbit queues not pulling through in Applications Manager
Hey guys I've added multiple RMQ monitors in Applications Manager (as I've done many times before) and while they add fine (credentials are fine, firewall access fine, etc), the queues don't seem to be populating. The Exchanges are pulling through however, and on the Overview page the Queued Messages and Messages Rate visualizations are showing metrics, but under Queues it shows "No Data". We would like to share our proposed model and also would like to get your feed back/ideas for this enhancement As of now, you can set the working hours (eg: 9 AM to 6 PM) for all the days in common.
