How to Renew License when ServiceDesk has expired? (Linux)

Hi guys, hoping someone can urgently assist. Our ServiceDesk has expired and we get the following error when starting:

ERROR CODE : 519

I have since received a new license, but need to know how I can apply it.

I found a previous post, where someone had the same issue, and they had to mail the new license to receive a set of files to renew the license? How can I go about this?
