Keep search fields bar open
Is there a way to keep the search field bar open at all times? (Eye glass button) Our help desk likes to utilize the search bar at the top to quickly search for Requester Names and Status. Unfortunately, the search bar closes each time the page is refreshed.
technician problem
Hi everyone, everything is working fine but there is a problem with one of our technician, i added him before but i deleted so he is not appear anymore in the technician list, and then i added him again with new account but the problem now is whenever i want to make a new request the same technician appear twice when select technician, and im very sure that there is only one account for him, i even checked from CMDB but still nothing appear.

Morning we are just about to start rolling out the Firewall Analyzer software. We have purchased a distributed license for when it is rolled out wider in the environment but we have decided to start off small and only monitor a couple of firewalls. Mibs configuration
Hello, I have some issues configuring Mibs from a getaway.....I have the mibs from the vendor and when I test it on the mib browser it seems to work fine. However I get a table and I want to monitor a specific value of the table. As you can see on the attached image if I get the values from the table the Object ID wuld be 1.3.6.1.4.1.5003.10.10.2.21 and I get the values .0.0 .0.1 .0.2 .1.0 ..etc the other option is to go down on the tree an the Object ID will add .1 at the end and .1.3 depending
Self-Service Portal not offering package to machine in custom group
Hello. I have a machine that is placed in a Dynamic Custom Group, I can verify that it is in fact in that group and persists through an inventory scan, as it should. The machine also appears under the self-service portal > (custom group) > computers tab. However the package associated with that group does not appear on the self-service portal. I have tried refreshing the portal with the green icon, killing the dcagenttrayicon.exe process and re-launching it, and restarting the machine. Any help is

Good day! Our situation is that in our server we have 2 drives that contains the backups of the service desk. Problem Module and Updated Date field
I am trying to determine what purpose the Updated Date field in the problem management module reporting serves. I have tested it and if I update the problem record, this field does not change in our problem reports. As an example, I added an impact statement to one of our problem records, but the report shows No Value for the Updated Date field. SNMPv3 with Auth&Priv
Hi there, I tried configuring Opmanager to use SNMPv3 with AES128 and SHA, however this didn't work. I took a pcap of the interface and could see that the second packet (first one to gain engineID) sent by OM has SNMP->msgGlobalData->msgFlags set to 5, this is authenticated but not encrypted so I assumed this was the issue. Now we have upgraded to V12.2 I have noticed the default Dashboards are empty. I'm not sure if this was removed because they were not used, is there any way to add back the standard Dashboards as the tabs are there, however when clicked they are blank. DesktopCentral Server Makes Heavy Upload on Internet and Stops the Network

I have a number of updates that are failing to be installed on one computer. Each of them is a Microsoft update or rollup from between October 2016 and December 2016. They all fail with this error message: The certificate for the signer of the message is invalid or not found. No other computer has had this issue. Patch IDs are 21627 21847 21850 21904 21926 21928 103689 103821 What would cause these patches to fail with this message? Why have some 80 odd other very similar builds not been affected?

VPN and OpManager
Hi, My team and I are evaluating the OpManager. The issue that I am having with the OpManager is our VPN appliance. We are using PulseSecure/Juniper MAG VPN appliance. The OpManager discovered the MAG via snmp v2c (to make things simple for now), but it is not providing any data. We are also using Zabbix, and Zabbix is giving us way more information compare to OpManager with no data at all. Does anyone have this issue with VPN and OpManager? Thanks
Dashboards and CCTV views in v12.2
Hello We have couple of issues/quirks with v12.2. The first is the real time graphs for bandwidth monitoring on the dashboard. Is there any way to change the percentage on the graph to something more useful like the bandwidth in Mb per sec? The second is we use a dashboard showing all of our sites current status (which shortcuts to a business view for each site) is there anyway to increase the size in the dashboard widget and CCTV views? as the current size is far too small to see on a 50" wallboard

Moving OpManager App and DB Servers to new machines
