Self-Service Portal not offering package to machine in custom group
Hello.
I have a machine that is placed in a Dynamic Custom Group, I can verify that it is in fact in that group and persists through an inventory scan, as it should. The machine also appears under the self-service portal > (custom group) > computers tab. However the package associated with that group does not appear on the self-service portal. I have tried refreshing the portal with the green icon, killing the dcagenttrayicon.exe process and re-launching it, and restarting the machine.
Any help is appreciated!
