PXE-No Configuration file present
Hello, I am trying to use the PXE server on ME OS Deploy. When I boot a machine up to NIC, I get starting Manage Engine Loader-Downloading Bootwiz.cfg Then i get Acronis Loader: No configuration file present. I have uploaded the configuration components, created a PE boot environment and uploaded that as well. Option 66 and 67 have been configured. No other PXE exist on the network. CAn someone pls help me resolve this error. Thanks Dave.
Remote os deployment
Hi, I am trialing OSDeployer 4 and trying to setup pxe boot so a deployment can be made from the deployment server to a remote machine. I have configured the pxe client to auto start os bootup after 10 seconds, when I try to remote deploy an os to this machine, which is turned off, the machine starts correctly but it always boots into the os and does not perform a new deployment. Can you please shed some light on this for me. Thanks. Geoff.
No Config File PXE
Machines are not finding configuration file, when i try to use PXE. I have configured option 66 and 67. No other PXE is installed. Components have been uploaded. PE image created and uploaded. Machines will say they are downloading bootwiz.cfg but then indicate that no config file was found.
Auto Start To Opreating System Doesn't work
Hey When We are running your 30 days free trial of your OS Deployer Tool 5. And sets that i should go into Windows after 10 sec in the pxe boot menu. it just wont Work. we have waited up to a minute and nothing happens, now we are not sure if it Works at all? anything you can tell us about it? is it the trial version or what?
Problem using Unversal Deploy
Trying to image a Lenovo 440P with a 440S image pointing to the 440P drivers. The image deployed and I saw the screen where it said that it was copying the drivers down. Upon reboot the system blue screens, and will not boot up.

OS Deployer 4 - Scheduling Failure
Receiving the following error: "E00090002: Failed to add the scheduled task. An unknown error has occurred. Please reinstall ManageEngine OS Deployer 4 Management Console." User Administration Issue
I created local account, "name" and typed in the wrong email address to make the account. To fix this, I deleted the account and recreated it with the correct email. The problem I have is when I go to enroll a device with the username "name" it puts in the old email address that doesn't exist in the account anymore. How can I fix this?

Native app is not showing in App inventory or Repository
Hi, The MDM is not inventory the default apps like SMS, Voice calls, Browser etc., from Samsung mobile. So, it is not showing in the App inventory or in the App repository. Because of this we cant able to allow the SMS, Voice in the Kiosk mode. Is there any other method to allow SMS, Voice in kiosk mode.

dear all, we are currently managing our mobiles through bes 10 server installed in our local offices and we are thinking about implementing another solution based on ME MDM. The problem is the configuration of the Exchange server mailbox becouse due to security restrictions it is not posible to open the incoming 443 port to our lan. is there any other way of configuring it? Will the desktop URL work on Mobile devices ?
I wanted to know if the URL that I am using for ServiceDesk on my desktop will work in a tablet or an android phone if I just type the URL in a browser? I tried, however I only get an option of viewing my requests and adding work logs. Other options are not present. Am I doing something wrong or is this not possible ?

ME MDM App without Apple ID?
Is there a way to install the ME MDM app without an Apple ID? I understand that I can install other apps without an Apple ID through the VPP program, but I cannot figure out how to get the MDM app installed without having to use an Apple ID. I even go the ME MDM app through the VPP but still comes up as an App Store App. Thanks
