While ManageEngine ServiceDesk Pro offers a robust REST API, certain approval-related endpoints—such as the following—are not available via the API but can be accessed through the browser:
  1. /api/v3/requests/{request_id}/approval_levels/approvals/approver
  2. /requests/{request_id}/_submit_for_approval
