Transfer Service Catalog or Incident Template from Test Server
We have a Test Server that matches our production environment. We initially thought that the test environment would be good for creating any new fields/templates we may need on production. Before I get in too deep on creating them though I'd like to find out how to move them to the production environment. This would include templates for Incident Request and templates under Service Catalog.

Microsoft Updates and Desktop Central Patch Scan
Hello everyone, I am struggling to understand why I have a bunch of systems that Desktop Central Indicates no patches needed but when you check for updates manually using Windows Check for Updates, a number of updates are required and getting installed. Hi, I am trying to add a Polycom device to be monitored but it is asking me to select a vendor before I can add monitors. Problem is, Polycom isn't an available vendor. Should I just select something random or can additional vendors be added somehow?
New Self-Service Requester Portal
Using the new Self-Service portal and notice that if a user clicks the 'Report an Issue' button associated with an asset in the My Assets section then the appropriate asset details are not pulled through to the request ticket.
Stuck on build 10014
I use the free version of Manage Engine ServiceDeskPlus and I seem to be stuck on build 10014. After applying any future update the service desk fails to start. I've tried running the run.bat via elevated cmd prompt, which gives me the attached error. If I manually start the ServiceDesk service, it starts for a minute or 2 then stops. I've reverted to the VM Snapshot I took before attempting the update. Any help would be great. TYIA

Hi, If I click on the inventory in DC and then click inventory reports, and then recently installed software the report loads fine. However if I scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the right arrow to go to the next page, all it does is load a blank page and nothing else. If I change the amouint of records shown on the first page it does display more, but again as soon as I click on the right arrow again it loads just a blank page. DEFECT: ADSelfService Plus SSL Tool does not accept multiple SAN names.
When using the SSL Tool to create a CSR I cannot enter multiple comma separated SAN names in the SAN Name input box. Hello, I need to create a report that finds machines where: It does not have an antivirus called Sophos Anti-Virus OR It does, but the version is below 10.8.3.441. It looks like version is evaluated as a string and not as a number so I'll need to just list versions and AND them. Names missing from user listing
If I look at the user list in the Device management tab the names are missing from all of the users who have devices enrolled in MDM. I can see the details for all of the other AD users but for any MDM users the Display Name, First Name, and Last Name are all missing, replaced by "---" Any idea what is going on here? thanks
Syncing devices across MDM and Apple Business Manager
Hello, We are trying to integrate Apple Business Manager with MEDC Mobile Device Manager. We have successfully synced them together with the server tokens. We are unable to add a device to Apple's portal, but we can successfully add a device to the MDM portal. The problem is that we want to manage application deployment through Apple's ABM portal. I cant seem to find where the app licenses on ABM are syncing up with MDM. Is this possible? Thanks! -Joe Satow

Constant font change in notifications
Is there a reason why we cannot set a default for the system? Notifications in the system are wildly inconsistent ranging from roboto to time new roman. If you set the font to arial it will randomly change between both roboto and times new roman.
