[SDF-45480] How to manage Change Request View
Hi We are using Service desk plus and would like to know whether you can manage the views under the change request menu just like you can in the Requests menu. Request menu you have option to manage views and customize views. Change View menu you do not have this option: thankyou
Change Management multiple approvers
Right now it looks like only the Change Manager approves a change request and you can only set one Change Manager. We are looking for a way to have multiple people have to approve a change request in order for it to be implemented. Is there any was to do this? Thanks, Chris Trauner Network Analyst

Static IP for wifi profiles
Hi there, I'm trying to push out a wifi profile to some Android tablets, which is just a simple WPA2-PSK network. The Android device gets the profile and authenticating to the wifi network works fine but for some reason it's getting set with a static IP in the 192.168.1.0/24 range (192.168.1.100) when I want DHCP so the device gets an IP automatically. I can't see settings in the profile that let me define IP settings for a given wifi network. Has anyone else had this issue and know a work around?

Cannot add windows credential in opmanager installed on linux server
Hi, We have just purchased opmanager premium. I have set this up on a Linux Server. When I try and add a credential, there is no credential type for Windows. There is only snmp and telnet credential types. Feature Request: Worklog to Closure
We really like the new Request Closure wizard and would like to see this small change to the Workflog window. If the worklog is mandated and missed upon closure, the tech is guided to the Worklog tab. Once the worklog is added they then must Save and go back to the Status field to select Close. We'd like to see a new button added to say 'Save and Close' which will then start the closure process:

Hi all, Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Database is postgresql. I am trying to list all managed computers under a dynamic custom group. Select * from resource - will return the resourceID, name, domain_netbios_name etc I see my custom groups have a resourceID assigned and all groups returned are resource_type 101 Select * from CustomGroupMemberRel returns back member_resource_id and group_resource_id, but neither of those fields contain the dynamic group ID's.
