App not diplaying
MDM App catalog indicates app is installed, but I cannot see it on the device screen. It is not listed. It is like it his hidden. Any thoughts?
Item Not Found When Trying to Install Android App
I've set up Android for work successfully and have approved an Android App, which I've then tried to distribute using Mobile Device Manager Plus. It appears as an app to be installed in the MDM app but when I click on install, I just get an "item not found" error in the Google Play Store. Any ideas? Thanks
Remove device from NCM but not delete it from OpManager
Hi. I have some devices that i can't take backup off, but i need to monitor uptime,respons and so on, unfortunatly if i delete them from NCM, they also get deleted from OpManager. Is there anyway to remove a device from NCM without deleting them completly?

[SD-72008] Line spacing of messages in Outlook
Good Day I am facing a problem with the line spacing of messages displayed in Microsoft Outlook. I have not figured it out when it exactly does happen but maybe you are aware of this problem. For example, when I forward a message in ServiceDesk Plus and one receives it in Outlook, the line spacing is too big. Automations deleted after deleting a superadmin user
Hello After deleting a Technician in the ADMP, which had super admin privileges all automations were created with this Technician are gone. Before this steps were done, i zipped the entire admp folder (for upgrading) Is it possible to restore the deleted automations whitout to restore the entire server from a snapshot? the largest part of the automations were created with this user. Which settings will be also deleted? I would be grateful for a quick response

Is there a way to exclude certain plug and play devices from ADAudit Plus's File Integrity Logging? We noticed this new feature when we upgraded ADAudit Plus and migrated it to a new server that's logging all plug and play interactions on Member Servers, the issues is it's pushing these to our splunk instance and opening tickets to our On-Call because they're coming through as File Integrity Alerts every time someone logs into the server with printer redirection enabled.
Creating password inventory report for a given date for auditing
Hi, I'm trying to create a password inventory report based on a given date, showing all user permissions to shared accounts (readonly, readwrite, owned, complete). This seems to be possible by creating custom query reports using audit tables, but it looks like it will require a fairly complex query. Has anyone created similar reports or have examples that can help me start? Thanks!

Groups - Health of group should be based on percentage or fraction
Right now the health of a group is based on a static selection of hosts. If one purpose of groups is to provide business service health of a cluster of servers, I shouldn't have to designate specific servers as health indicators. If I have a server farm of 9 servers, and 2 servers are down, technically the business services provided by that farm are still functional but the farm requires someone's attention or action. Query: Linked ID created date
We have this query to generate request based on their created time. It also includes all the request linked to the request. How can we generate a report that would only include the linked request that is based on their created time? Only request created within a month will be generated the same as the linked ID. Ex. ID#1 (created date: 10-24-2019) linked with ID#2 (created date: 10-26-2019) & ID#3 (created date: 11-03-2019) Only ID#1 and ID#2 will be included in the report if the Created Time parameter
How do I color code my list of tickets based on status
Hi Team, Not sure if this is possible or if it's a feature request, I'd like the list of tickets in the "Requests" tab to be able to be color coded based on the "Status" field. I've added a screenshot below, excuse the awful colors I just threw it in to MS Paint to get the idea across. Is there a way of setting this? Thanks!

Hello, I need to be able to clearly report on what my technicians are doing. Error when using password reset without remembering the old one
Hi, After setting up ADSelfService Plus I'm running into the following error: If I log in with a test account and just reset the password there is no issue, but if I try and use the feature to reset a password without knowing the old one, I just get an error saying that the reset has been rejected. I'm pretty sure it was working a couple of days ago, but after adding a license file yesterday it haven't been working. I'm not sure if those two events are correlating?
Project Report with Comments
Support, I would like a report that shows the project with the comments for the project. For now I only want to include the comments for the project, and not the milestones or tasks associated with the project. I would also like the report to only show requests that are "Open", "On Hold", or "Work in Progress". Please have the report ordered by Scheduled Start Time. I installed Manage engine password manager pro on a local server with private ip ssh & RDP work correctly in local network . some users want to connect to manage engine out site my office I have a mikrotik I added a destination nat that every one that want to connect my static ip over port 7272 ( pmp port ) will be connect to py pmp local server ip over port 7272 now over the internet my users can connect to pmp and ssh work correctly buy RDP dose not work how can I solve this problem ?
Survey functionality extremely limited
The survey functionality is extremely limited - having just the free-text field and no other options like drop-downs, radio buttons, etc means that it is almost useless if trying to conduct a meaningful survey. Users are not going to be typing lots of text, and you want to be able to use some field options (like radio buttons, etc) to be able to do proper analysis of survey results.
