How do I color code my list of tickets based on status
Hi Team,
Not sure if this is possible or if it's a feature request, I'd like the list of tickets in the "Requests" tab to be able to be color coded based on the "Status" field. I've added a screenshot below, excuse the awful colors I just threw it in to MS Paint to get the idea across. Is there a way of setting this?
