Checkpoint NG & Firewall Analyzer not working
I've followed the docs for configuring the Firewall Analyzer to monitor my NG firewall & it doesn't work..the firewall port (18184) is listening (authenticated) but there is no connection or traffic..please advise
Added server going to wrong network.
I have XXX.XXX.XXX.0 (255.255.255.192) Should be .0-.63, right? Also have XXX.XXX.XXX.64 (255.255.255.192) Should be .64-127, right? When I add XXX.XXX.XXX.108, it's adding itself to the first network instead of the second. WTF?!
PDF-Export since 4011
Since the last Update (4011) we have "PDF-Export" only in the consolidated report, all other reports are without the PFD-Export-Button.

Auto-email to technician
I dunno what went wrong. I ticked at "Notify technician(s) by email when a new request is created" When I received an e-mail request, I assign the request to a particular technician, but there was no e-mail received by him. I click on Task->Notify->E-mail the Technician button, it works fine. (Manually) Is it something wrong with my SD setup? Thank you
Problem starting MySQL on ServiceDesk and EvenLog

Feature request!
Hi, I have another feature request :) Currently you can set threshold alerts for various monitors, where the threshold is an absolute value. However, not all graphs go down - some only go up (buffer hits for a router, for example). In these instances, an absolute threshold value isn't much use; what would be nice is a "rate of change" threshold. By looking at the graph, you can see what a "normal" rate of change might be. On one of my routers, the "Medium Buffer Hits" counter goes up by about 15,000
NetScreen 208 - Web Usage Reports
I am using Firewall Analyzer to receive logs from a NetScreen 208. The reporting is great on most things, but I am seeing "no data available" for the web usage reports. Is there a piece of the configuration I am missing? Thank you!

Mapping a FQDN to the IP and port number for name resolution
I am running SD on a Windows 2003 server that is also running IIS. The server is currently hosting a handful of other sites as well which are all currently assigned their own IP address. My problem is mapping a FQDN (servicedesk.domain.com) to the localhost:8080 address. Anyone have a tip for me?
NetFlow Analyzer cisco port name
For my netflow analyzer testing environment. we have enable a cisco 6513 and send netflow version 5 to netflow analyzer. But I found that its portname is ifindexYYY and not be GX/Y etc. But in OpManager, the portname is right. my cisco 6513 for the configuration of netflow as follow: global configuration: enable netflow via cisco 6513 loopback I want to confirm whether it is necessary to enable every port and send netflow to this software instead of sending netflow via cisco 6510 loopback interface
Notification Profile bug
There still seems to be the bug where when the server is rebooted it adds extra blank lines in the notification profile message, with 5600. Also, I'd like to suggest that when adding Event Log Rules, you be allowed to pick a infrastructure group (like Servers) and that you also be allowed to assign more than one at a time. I'm also getting alerts fairly often that the Event Log service is down on my servers, when there doesn't appear to be any issues on the server at all. Is there a way to make OpManager

I discovered the AdvantNet products recently and I am particularly interested by OpManager, EventLog Analyzer and PatchQuest. Is it possible to install them on the same server ? (TCP port, MySQL DB, ...) I read some post about this, but not with these 3 products Thanks

OpManager lost network connectivity
I got this alarm few minutes after installation: OpManager has detected that it has lost network connectivity and has suspended all monitoring. Monitoring will be automatically resumed once connectivity is established. Network connectivity is fine, I connect to the opmanager with webclient on another machine. I can add several nodes without problem, but if i update status manually, "Device not responding:...". OS: Debian Sarge OpManager 5.5

There is only password management available in current OpManager. It will be nice to add a few more fields to allow the description of what group/dept./site the user is belong.

Hello Is there a way to change the subject text of the E-mail notifications that are sent by ServiceDesk Plus ? Is it possible to customize the body text of the e-mail ? add some general text, signature, etc... that is always repeated in each E-mail sent ? thanks

SNMP Trap Listener in Application Manager SP2
Hi. I'm just starting to review your product. I've installed the 30-day trial version. I noticed from your SP2 announcement that Application Manager SP2 now have SNMP Trap Listener. However, I can't find the setup location. Thru the Help section I can only find a way to setup Custom Monitor, then add SNMP OID attributes, then setup SNMP Agent configuration. I believe this is not the location to setup Trap Listener. Anyone can help? - irving
netscreen firewalls
Hello, I am wondering if native syslog of various firewalls and some proprietary log formats are supported? Is there a method for us to send log samples to see if you can create/include support for those firewalls via patch releases or instructions on how to do it ourselves? Before looking at this product, I would be interested in having windows event logs, snort logs, watchguard, netscreen firewalls, and sonicwall firewalls be supported in one product - the addition of web type logs (iis and apache)
SwitchPortMapper not showing IP and DNS name
I've been evaluating your ManageEngine Oputils3 v. 3.1.4. I'm interested in the Switch Port Mapper. I've tested it using one of our 3Com switches. The first time i did a Switch Port Mapper on the switch (did not key in the router IP) i'm able to see IP addresses and DNS names of the hosts connected to the switch. But when i tried it again after a few hours, its not showing the IP address and DNS names anymore. It only shows the MAC address. Is there anyway i can force it to take the IP and DNS names

Login Name - First Letter is UPPERCASE
I imported users from AD and found that all login names (1st Letter) are in UPPERCASE. Many users could not login to the self-service portal. After checking, I found out that our login names should be in all lowercase. Seems that SD+ is case sensitive and didn't inherit the specs from AD. Is it a problem or designed in that way? Thank you

I'd like to have an 'attention' alarm for free space of '5%', a 'trouble' alarm for free space of '3%', and a critical alarm for '1%'. You can only have one threshold per monitor?!

Feature request
Posting this here as the Feature Request facility doesn't seem to be working at the moment: Would it be possible to have the facility to set up a series of addresses, etc, which could then be available in drop-down lists when entering the billing and shipping addresses for a Purchase Order? Feature Request: Freeware Licenses and ignore hotfixes
Just a feature suggestion regarding software: If software is set to 'excluded' then it is not shown when viewing details of a machine within the inventory (this would be expecially useful for items such as hotfixes etc) Also, it would be useful to be able to categorize software as freeware, and therefore all users would show as having a license for the product. Just bought the product though, and most impressed.
Bug - ' in names causes crashes
Here in Northern Ireland, it's reasonably common to have an apostrophe in their surnames - such as O'Neill. When you select one of these names from the requester list, Internet Explorer either pops up with a blank window or pops up with an error message that says: A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug? Line: 45 Error: Expected ';' Thanks for any help.
