Non V5 packets from device

Hi, I'm using NetFlow 4.0.1 bulid 4011. It's a great software, indeed.
I have some trouble here. Maybe you can help me to solve them.
1. I have a message " Receiving non V5 packets from the following devices: IP addr"
I have check my router's configuration, and it's OK. I only use ip flow-export version 5.
2. On the same device, I have add "ip route-cache flow" on every interface, but the NetFlow didn't display all the device.
Please help me.
