Service Desk + hangs on startup

Service Desk + hangs on startup

Hello

I am currently evaluating service desk and everything so far has been great! Love the product. The power was cycled on the SD server without properly closing down service desk. The service desk starts as normal until it gets to the application layer starting..... and from there the SD hangs. I am able to shut down the SD application.

I do have a backup from a few days ago however I would like to get the system back to its original state. Any ideas or suggestions?
