Queue Management
I would like to be able to have queue admins that can run reports only on their queues, add support reps to their queues and more importantly view all requests their support reps. Currently, unless they have Full Admin access they cannot run reports, or view tickets assigned to reps that they manage. One thing I would like to be able to do is see seperate queues and who the requests have been assigned to If I missed something please let me know.
How to setup server monitor
I am new this application. I downloaded this software and playing around with it. As first thing I am trying to setup ping. I would like to ping a server and when server is down I should get SMS page. How to setup this process?

Hi I am working through updating SD as this is now a replacement for our existing Helpdesk solution/program. SD is far superior and quicker to use. Hi, Some time ago I had to switch IP and hostname of the machine running AppManager, and I had to delete the monitors monitoring AppManager itself, because they stopped working for obvious reasons. I successfully recreated the AppManager related monitors, but now the database statistics on the AppManager "Support" page are empty. Is there a way to get these statistics back? Cannot manage WinNT
Please help me managing WinNT OS. The OpManager was installed on our Win2k3 server. I can easily add devices but I cannot manage all devices with WinNT OS. Even the SNMP and Trap were already configured and started. But there is no problem managing WinXP, Win2k, and Win2k3 servers. Except to my one Win2k3 server (an antivirus server using Apache2 services) that looses network connectivity (Network hardware failure) after a few hours and need to stop SNMP (with 100% cpu utilization), Disable Network

I have successfully added the Windows NT Performance MIB and MS SQL Server MIB to appmanager, but the specific SNMP attributes added show no data in the monitor window. The community string used creating the monitor is correct with READ permissions. Any ideas? Successfully using Windows 2000 and MS SQL monitors on this server. Traffic MB don't add up correctly
When viewing the statistics for an interface for the past week, I'll see 8034MB of ESP_App traffic. Clicking on the ESP_App link takes me to another page that shows 4513MB of traffic. Where'd the extra go? Which one do I believe and report to my boss? Thanks. ---John Holmes...

active sessions for a Citrix farm
Hello everybody, I am testing OpManager free version in the frame of my training period... We have several Citrix farms. For 1 server, no problem for making a custom oid to retrieve the active sessions. But we would like to add each active sessions of each server in order to obtain the total active sessions of the Citrix farm... Is there a easy way to do that? Monitors somethimes stops the refreshing (monitors for Linux (SSH), Tomcat5 and MySql). When monitor stops the refreshing no other commands are generated. Refresing time is set to 1 minute. I have approximately 10 cases per day. IPX Traffic in Netflow
Can Netflow seperate IPX traffic? We have a customer moving from frame relay to MPLS and they would like to use Netflow to confirm that they no longer have IPX traffic moving across their WAN. Please let me know. Thanks. Joe

Hi, We are trying out your software on the 30 day trial and are having two problems. The first is that two Solaris servers we are trying to monitor do not accept pings. Monitoring of WebSphere cluster doesn't work properly. Hi, I was really excited with your software and the possibility of monitoring our WebSphere cluster. After few tests I realized the software isn't working well with Network Deployment. Following the instructions in the documentation, I created a monitor for my WS Cluster. Asset entry vs. what's entered from Active Directory?
We pulled in a large list of workstations from Active Directory, but as we go through the asset portion, we see NONE of these workstations listed as assets. While there is a way to import a CSV list of assets, how do they compare to what assets we see already in inventory? The list of assets available seem to be those that are allowed as a product type. No Devices Available From Fortinet 200A
Hi, I'm trying to setup the Firewall Analyzer to receive logs from our Fortinet 200A. All I get are messages stateing "No Devices Available". Or "No Firewall is Currently Exporting Logs To Firewall Analyzer". I've followed the instructions in the read me as well as online help.
