Email Announcements
Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible or if it could be included in future releases for System Announcements to be sent via email as well as included on the interface.
We have a global address list associated to one specific email address and if the announcement could be sent to that one email address as well all my users would get the announcement straight away rather than waiting till then log into the servicedesk system.
Any thought would be greatly received.
