Missing Time Spent Data

I updated my helpdesk software from version 5010 to 5500 today. While looking around at the new features, I noticed that the 'Time Entry' portions of the requests that we have done both presently and in the past is gone. My IT Department keeps track of its time utilizing that data and it is imperative that we get that back somehow. We backed up our data and can go back to a prior version, however I would prefer to keep up to date with the new version. I would really appreciate some help getting my 'Time Entry' data back.
