I have just added a new IP group with an IP range in it for a couple of interfaces on a couple of routers. It is starting to collect data fine. However, what I need is an option to tell Netflow to use all the data that I have already (raw data) to backdate this IP Group information. Analizing a circuit with different upload/download rates
Hello I would like to know if there is a way to tweak the NetFlow Analyzer to calculate the utilization of a serial interface based on different upload/download rates. The circuit I want to analyze has a download bandwitdh that is not limited, and can achieve bandwidths up to the full access circuit speed of 2mb, but the upload is limited to only 768K. Problem starting probe
Hi, When i want to start the Probe (on linux) i get the following error " Probe build number 6001 is not compatible with the central server build number 6000. Hence shutting down the probe". Hi, I run the SOX compliance report on two servers every 24 hours. However when the report is emailed to me the report only details two hours of events out of the 24 hour period. Where is the rest of it? Can this be configured? Hope someone can help. Kind Regards Mark

Jobs in queues showing as unassigned
Hi Jobs that are assigned to technicians show as being assigned to them which is great. I want to be able to assign jobs to queues/groups and know that the jobs are in that queue/group i.e. 'assigned to' field shows what queue the job is in. This would help us because when we have small projects that involve different teams we need to be able to let the group see the same job. We have set up a queue for all teams involved so there is no problem there ,it is just SD+ shows it as unassigned when it
Null interface
1) When locking @ the router view it shows a Null interface, but I have no Null configured. I do have a dialer interface and could this be it? 2) Can i delete some of the interfaces if we are not using them in the large map view?
Changing Interface Speed for Utilization Calculation
How can I change interface ifspeed response when routers were configured to different bandwidths? For example;interface is 128k but "bandwidth 256" command were applied to router. Therefore, ifspeed response is 256k. I need a solution to change interface speed that used in utilization calculations(ifspeed). I've also changed interface speed that seen on gui by using mysql commands. Creating custom monitors may solve this problem but creating and applying custom monitors for every interface seems

Hi, I'm willing to monitor a process. The exe is runing, than I added to the process monitorin. When I restart the exe than it will case healty problem, it seems the exe is not running, mut it is. Alert based on application exceeding BW threashold
I've set up an alert profile to send mail messages when any application utilizes more then 30% of the bandwidth. When the mail message comes in it doesn't identify what application/port is has exceeded the threshold. Would it be possible to include this in a future release? PO Image error
Build 5500: There is a bug in the PO/Organization logo option. It appears to not allow you to load your own company logo. It it does show up correctly on our PO, but the image in the Organization module is not correct.
Unable to modify Shecduled Reports

Customising Dashboard View
We are using Netflow version 5 and would like to run a customised Dashboard view on a wall mounted screen in our ops room. Currently we have to keep refreshing and highlighting different devices to view the info we require and if we exceed the timeout we have to log into Netflow again.

How to remove a monitored router and historic data (5.0)
We are seeing traffic utilisation reports showing >100% usage. Bandwidth/link speeds are correct. I believe this may be because our routers are configured for "timeout active 5" and not "timeout active 1" as per your recommendation. I want to remove a router from Netflow to reset the data, to make sure the new "timeout active 1" setting has taken effect and resolved the percentage problem. I have tried disabling Netflow on the router, unmanaging and then deleted the router under License Administration.
AD lsass cpu monitor above 100%
We just bought Opmanager and we are running into a problem in the Domain controller panel. The LSASS process shows more then 100% cpu usage. Even up to 1300%. When I monitor on the system itself it does only become more then 1% some of the time.

I want to be redirected to the web page just by clicking on the adress. It is not possible to do it by configuration. But can I access some html pages in OpManager directory concerning these edit fields in order to transform it to a web link by simply adding an html <a href> </href> syntax ? S.
Simplify entering a Request
This has to do with entering a request. Is there a way to incorporate adding additional fields within the request as the data is entered by a technician? We would like to be able to enter the resolution, time spent, and close the request at a minimum. Reason is that most of our support is phoned in and taken care of during that call. It is not fluid to create the request then open it back up to enter time, resolution, etc...
Error adding custom device type
I am trying to add a custom device type for a Raritan Dominion KX KVM-over-IP switch. Its System Description OID is .1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.3.2.10. However, I get the following error: Already a Device Type is present for this OID I see that device type Linux has the more generic OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.3.2. Is that what's preventing me from adding the more specific device OID? Email/Request auto-reply loop
Hi, We have had a couple of problems with requesters email auto reply and our service desk auto reply. If a requester sends an email, service desk will send one back saying we got the email, thus the outlooks requester vacation auto reply sends a message back. Problem with SMTP Email - Notifications
After removing "Anonymous" access to our SMTP server, for security reasons, OpManager is unable to send notifications. I gave it a username and email account on our Exchange server, so it should be able to authenticate to the SMTP server as a user. When I try to send a test message, the error returned is: 454 5.7.3 Client does not have permission to submit mail to this server. The error above is received when the Exchange server's SMTP virtual server is set to accept "Integrated Windows Authentication"
