Incorrect reporting of Memory Utilization for Linux Servers
I was trying out Applications Manager in trial Mode for the professional Edition, and configured it to monitor some apache servers and also some monitors of type linux to get resource information on these servers. All the servers which i was trying to monitor are RHEL AS4, and i noticed that in all of them (5 servers in count) the memory utlization is being reported incorrectly. Create our own Login page
Is it possible to create our own login page for Support Center Plus (as can be done with other ME products) or do we have to send everyone to the default page? We're building our website around SCP and would like to have a small login box on our homepage allowing users to log straight in. Is this possible? If so, how? Ability to define "default columns" on new Contact
I haven't seen this feature in 6.5.0 build 6500 yet, but is there a way to define what are the "default columns" of information to display when a Contact logs in and views Open Requests? Out of the box, when a Contact logs in they see the following columns: Title Contact Name Assigned To Due By Status Date Last Updated Account Name I wish to change the default for all Contacts to a different set of columns. For example, I would eliminate Contact Name. I'd remove "Assigned to" and replace with "Group",

MSSQL Database Monitor Threshholds
Hi Folks, I have a MSSQL server with several databases, which range in size. I need to know for example if my TempDB grows to beyond 1GB from it's usual level of below 10mb, whereas my main DB is 25GB and obviously a 1GB threshold would produce a constant alarm. If I remove a device from Opmanager and then readd it at a later time does it retain the historical data that it previously collected Also if I had to rebuid a probe server would I lose all data that was previosly collected for the devices that it had discovered on the probe.

Erroneous Link Performance Counters
We are having some issue with the way utilization levels and error rates are calculated/reported. We frequently get alerts for high utilization on 1 Mb links between facilities, but when I check, the actual level is much lower. The attached PDF shows OpManager reporting utilization over 1 Gb in one direction and over 8 Gb in the other even though the interface is only capable of 1 Gb. Have you seen problems like this and is there a way to correct? Thanks.
All Destination Addresses showing as 0.0.0.0
I have set up a 10720 router to export the following Netflow stats: source-prefix, dest-prefix, source-prefix-tos, dest-prefix-tos and protocol-port-tos. In NetFlow Analyzer, all the flows are showing under the conversations tab, but for some reason ALL the detination addresses are showing as 0.0.0.0. Doing the show ip flow cache command shows that both source and destinationaddresses are there. Any ideas?
Colapsing left pane
I see the ServiceDesk product has the "collapsing left pane" feature that SupportCenter also needs. For this feature, alone, I'd consider using ServiceDesk instead of SupportCenter. However, ServiceDesk lacks the Account association with Requesters that I'm looking for.

Several features still missing
I had evaluated this product several months ago and found it lacking in many areas. I have recently redownloaded and reinstalled to see if any updates have shored up feature areas I need before I can implement. ManageEngine RoadMap Login issue
The ManageEngine RoadMap "Forgotten password" function does not email a confirmation code, or any message, upon executing that process. I am unable to log in as I do not recall what my password is, or fat fingered it when I registered. I have verified it is not being blocked by my company's perimeter spam firewall. Bandwidth monitor doesn't display utilization correctly
Hi, In trying your product, I found that the utilization percentage is not being displayed correctly due to the fact that although the interface is a gigabit interface, it's only a true T1 connection. Is there an option where we can change the value of the interface or any other alternatives? Thanks for your help, Ken

Under Contact Details tab for a template I am trying to remove the manager. I have put a user in there, and now I would like to remove them and have no manager listed. Is this possible through the web interface or do I have to go directly to the DB?

script monitor - exit code is *always* 1
Hi, I've successfully written a few script monitors and they're fine, adding any more now and the exit code is always listed as 1. i wrote a dummy shell script... #!/bin/sh exit 0 and apparently that exits with 1 according to appmanager, as does running /bin/ls, /bin/pwd etc... additionally the script listed as being run on the monitor details page doean't update in line with the monitor being edited... bug?
