Reset Request ID numbers for new tickets

We're an existing V6 customer and along with everyone else are sick of waiting for the V7 upgrade. We need to use the new ITIL features so are considering starting a new fresh V7 install on a seperate server and leaving the V6 running to query our old data - all new jobs/etc will be done in V7.

In theory, when/if the V7 upgrade becomes available we will upgrade our V6 database and import the old data into the new database...

So, my question is - I have a fresh install of V7 using MSSQL: how do I reset the job Request ID numbers? For example, if my last V6 job was RID#7998, I would want the first RID# assigned in V7 to be RID#7999.
