Upgrade from SDv6 to SDv7

Upgrade from SDv6 to SDv7

It appears that we ServiceDesk v6 customers have been "beaten" into submission. I haven't seen any discussion about the SDv6 to SDv7 upgrade lately so this must mean that those still using SDv6 have given up on trying to get AdventNet to elevate the priority of their existing customer base. It is obvious that our voices fell on deaf ears. What has it been...almost 4 months since SDv7 was made available for new customers? No announcements or updates over the past couple of weeks from the vendor about the progress of the upgrade. Their silence speaks volumes about our relationship. I was under the false impression that AdventNet actually valued me as a loyal 3 year customer of a number of their products...not so. I guess it's about time that I accept the truth and start looking around for a more reputable vendor....
