Exporting assigned jobs to evolution calendar
Want to import assigned or scheduled tasks data from ServiceDeskPlus into the mail and calendar environment of EVOLUTION or any other mail-/calendar system.
Currently we don't have the availability of our technicians "on hand" with the risk of planning jobs for engineers in periods where they would not be available. This requirement should be very common in any support environment. In short: we want to extend our workflow system with a human resource planning functionality. How do we solve this problem?
