We would like to see the last note added to the request as part of a report. very useful when actions have been performed on a request, added to a note and you need take the report into a meeting and discuss what was the last action performed on the request.

management server CPU
I installed the service pack 5 upgrade and the CPU on the management server has been at 100% since causing the program to be unusable. Task Manager shows it to be the mysql process. Even after uninstalling the SP and putting it back down to 8.4, it had the same problem (I put it back to 8.5). We're running Windows 2003. There are no erros in any of the windows event logs. The support log is in New Folder (71) on the ftp server.

Is there any chance to filter which servers should be added as assets during domain scan. I've a ton of VM's in my organization and i don't wanna to add them as assets. Of course I can remove them after scan, BUT i'm not able to finalize a scan because quantity of computers(both physical and virtual) in my domains is 6 times more than limited by my license. We have noticed that on certain systems we have had to use disk partition tools to resize the boot partition on a system, and from that point forward, SNMP values are incorrect. Sending alerts for Database Job Status
In the MS SQL monitor, the database jobs are monitored with their end status shown; Failed, Cancelled or Successful. I would like to send alerts for the jobs that finish with the status "Failed" but when I configure alerts with the attribute "Job Status" I can only associate a Threshold Profile with Numeric values & not String values? How can I send alerts, if I have to use Numeric values? Does 0 = Successful and 1 = Failed or Cancelled... Please can you clarify this point?

Hi, I am generating a query report for requests using these fields... requesteID, category, subcategory,createdtime,respondeddate... but the formatting are gone like requestiD is a link if clicked you can see the details of that requestID. Hi Is there a way to have notifications sent to requestors based on certian conditions? For example, If a request has been made with a priority of 'High' I want them to receive an email which specifies how long it will take for us to respond to the request. Same if its medium or low. Choose Day when creating business rule
Hi I have come across a problem with jobs being created on weekends when nobody is the office to monitor them, they need to be dealt with by our on call person who is to be notified by email. On a saturday or sunday the jobs will come in and sit unassigned until someone physically puts them in a group. I need to be able to create a rule that looks for the day so it can assign them to a group that will contain the person on call. thanks

is there a way i can generate report on the response time by the administrator in assignign the call to the technicians? that is, once the call has come in how long does it take for the administrator to assign the call to the technician, how long does the call remain unassigned. since we have more than one administrator, can we have group by the administrator names tahnks!!

Hello everybody, i got following problem: I gather Netflow-5 data from a Packetshaper (Packeteer) As I'm situated in germany i like to view the date i gathered in GMT -1. The web application displays everything in PST. I read about the capability of Netflow Analyzer 6.5 "Enterprise" to set user specific timezones. Is it possible to do this with Version 7.0 Build 7002 "Free Edition" also. (I'm within the 30 days trial at the moment)?
Date field and manual enter
Hi, We use a lot the date field to enter the begin and the end of a request with custom date fields. We can't enter the date (HH:MM) manually and it's really uneasy to have to click and shift+click to enter the correct time. Opmanger running w/datbase on sql2005 SQL server
had opmanger running on 2003 R2 server w/ sql server express running locally. Moved database to sql2005 machine using procedure of Db backup, then DBconfiguration.bat, then db restore...database was created on sql server and it is now unable to update any tables... any ideas what could be the problem? If I reinstall opmanger and connect it to the database should all my settings and configs still be there, or is it going to overwrite it?
7.5 Beta - Technician Leave Type
Is there any chance the leave types could get an option to change the colour code assigned in a similar manner to the new priority colour coding options? I can see a use for tracking time off and sickness using this facility and at present all leave types are given the same colour making it difficult to distinguish between them. Cheers John

Is there an easy way to schedule OpMan backups? Is it as easy as setting up a scheduled tast to run the backup.bat? Does the OpMan service need to be stopped in order to run the backup?
